Bye-Bye, Michael Johns
Friday, April 11th, 2008Do you think that was fair? I seriously liked M.J.
And Brooke is still in?!? What?
I just can’t get on board with that decision, America. I mean, really.

Last night, that is. On American Idol, of course.
I am so getting over Carly. She tries too hard with the whole rock and screeching vocals dealio.
So, now I love David. Not Archuletta. COOK! COOK! His rendition of Billy Jean was so amazing. And yeah, I voted. You better, too!
I started out liking Carly on American Idol. But this season is already beginning to drag and no one is really grabbing my attention anymore. I honestly don’t even know the name of most of the contestants. I think it really was a HUGE mistake for them to do Beatles songs two weeks in a row. Boring.
I never really liked David Hernandez, and wasn’t surprised or sad to see him go last night on American Idol. But I do have to say this: despite the recent “controversy” about him being a former dancer in a gay club, he handled being dismissed very well. I like his attitude about the whole thing. I didn’t think he was a super strong singer, but he’s obviously got a good head on his shoulders.
Did you guys see American Idol last night? What happened with David forgetting the words? I guess it was just nerves. Poor kid. I still think he’ll make it through to the next round, though. OK, don’t laugh, but I actually voted last night! I know, sad, right? I just really really like Carly! And I think she is genuine. So, yeah, I voted for her. And if she makes it through, I’ll feel good that I helped!
Shut up. Don’t pretend you don’t love American Idol. I know, this entire blog is turning into the reality T.V. forum, but I swear I only watch these shows after 7 or so when I finally have a moment to rest and relax. And besides, there’s lots of entertaining stuff on lately. Don’t hate! (That was for you, Jason.)
OK, so I’m betting on the country girl and the Whitney wannabe to be going home tonight. And for the boys? Who knows. They’re all kind of a blur to me. No one really stands out too much, yet.
I already won $20 on my bet for Christian last night. Could there be another $20 in my future?
I knew Christian would win. I have to say, though, that last night’s episode was probably the most boring finale of Project Runway to date. No drama, no accusations…but, oh well. I’m glad they chose the right person this time. Not like last year.
I am mad that Chris won’t be one of the finalists at Fashion Week. Did you all see last night’s episode? I mean, yes, the human hair thing was weird and gross, but it totally worked when it was coming down the runway. He definitely deserves to go more than Rami. I think they chose Rami only because he seems more desperate and because after all, this IS Chris’s second chance. He would have gone home (and actually DID) a long time ago. He got to come back due to luck. So, I can see how the judges would want to choose Rami over Chris. But, still. Chris is better.
