Clothes That Actually Freaking Fit
I dragged Jason and the baby to Gap Maternity yesterday in the Embarcadero. I was beginning to feel like a real loser. None of my clothes were fitting and at almost 17 weeks, I am definitely feeling (and looking) pregnant.
I ran around like a madwoman and bought everything I tried on. Yes, everything. It was a total score. Everything fit perfectly and looked cute and I didn’t feel like a whale anymore. And today, I’m wearing my new adorable jeans and vintage V-neck. I seriously feel like a whole new person. It’s amazing what some new (maternity) clothes will do.
Now I don’t want to cry every day when I get up and look in my closet. Yay!

I loved that transition to maternity clothes. The first time because it was like a big signal to the world I was pregnant, and the second time because I was so uncomfortable and wanted to spread out! What’s Squid think of these new developments?!
