Put ‘Em To Work!
This is good for your kids. It’s called ChoreCharts.com and what they do is offer these free printable chore charts. I’m totally into organization, even though I’m not that good at it, and this is a really smart way for families to assign and organize chores around the house. Teaching your kids to be responsible by helping out around the house is really important. You can give them monetary encouragement, a.k.a. allowance, or just a pat on the back. :) I’m all for the pat on the back. At least until they get old enough to understand the importance of earning and saving money. Until then, having your kids do chores should be a non-negotiable. That’s just the way I see it: everyone helps out and everyone benefits from a clean and healthy home.

Over the years, as my boys have gotten older (weep, weep), I’ve sporadically looked online for these kids of charts, but come across only places that you had to order things. Thanks for this tip! I’m headed that way!
