I’m in a salad mode. Mountains and mountains of salad. My idea of the perfect salad:

Romaine
Garbanzo beans
Kidney beans
Hard-boiled egg
Tomatoes
Shredded carrots
Blue cheese
Salad spritzer

Oh, wow, I’m hungry.
