By The Way…

I forgot to brag about the short ribs I was talking about making yesterday. They totally turned out! I had to cook them for 2 hours, but I guess that’s normal. Anyway, they were delicious. Even my green beans (which I almost always overcook) came out perfectly! Hey, maybe I’m not that horrific of a cook, after all. Now I want to shred the left overs and make enchiladas with the rest. How good would that be?
