How weird that I just got through writing a post on urogynecology and then saw Janice Dickinson talking about it on Chelsea Lately. But, of course, Janice botched up the whole thing when she referred to the procedure she had done (vaginal rejuvination) as “clitoral circumcision.” What a fool. Clitoral circumcision is most certainly not the same thing. Clitoral circumcision is genital mutilation, which occurs in many African countries as part of a “tradition.” If you ask me, any kind of circumcision is just plain evil.
