The Floating Heart
A while back Jason sent me some flowers - after a fight that I can’t remember - and the fleurs came with a balloon in the shape of a heart.
Mylars last forever it seems, so up it stayed on the ceiling for weeks.
It just now has started deflating. The problem is it just sort of floats in mid air and follows me around the house. It freaks me out. I keep thinking it’s a stranger stalking me. One time I even shrieked out loud.
It’ll fly up a bit, come back down and just settle in the middle of the room at eye level! Weird!
