- Because the leaders of Congress are smarter than the President
- Because no one recovers from the loss war brings

Like I tell all who send me this multitude of anti-Bush material, I voted for the OTHER George in 1972 (before YOU were even a thought), and how much good did it do me?
I simply cannot believe this simpleton has so succeeded. Oh sure - - “taking full responsibility,” but always with impunity.
